- Shipping charges to USA are flat rate per order, not per item.
- Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.
- Deliveries are made on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding published holidays.
- When shipping to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed for each address.
- If there is no secure place for package delivery, you can choose to have your package delivered to your place of business.
- All orders ship from the Los Angeles, CA.
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (except for weekends and holidays). Please note however, that some orders, particularly those received after 1 PM PST, may be processed for shipment the following business day. Your order will be shipped via USPS Standard First Class (*with exceptions), unless otherwise requested.

*There is an additional shipping charge of $6.00 for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands, and all orders will ship via USPS Priority unless otherwise requested. Expedited Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are $30 for Fedex 2 Day and $38 for Fedex Overnite. Orders to APO addresses will also ship USPS Priority Mail and cannot be expedited, but will not incur additional shipping charges. Express deliveries to Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands will be quoted on an order-by-order basis. Express deliveries can NOT be made to PO Box addresses.
International Shipments will be quoted on an order-by-order basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
We are not responsible for customs and duty charges resulting from international shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment.
Packages that are refused will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account originally used for the purchase, less shipping costs. We are unable to refund shipping costs on refused deliveries.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
As part of our commitment to you, all Lil Melon purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you may return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of your shipment receipt date. Your satisfaction is our primary goal; please carefully review our return instructions and policy below.

Return Instructions —
1. Obtain your return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) by e-mailing us at Sales@lilmelon.com, or contact us via phone by calling us at 213) 389-7658, Monday - Friday, 10AM - 5PM PST.
2. Items must Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment.

Customers pay for return shipment charges. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Wholesale purchases will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within 5 (five) business days of receipt.
